Notify Distribution Network Operator
The DNO (Distribution Network Operator) needs to be notified before and/or after the Battery installation depending on the size of the installation. DNO documentation is completed and submitted by Colder Volts on behalf of the customer.

Installation & Commissioning
Typically, it takes 1-2 days to complete a Battery system and get it operational. This will vary depending on the size of the system. If relevant, we assist you in getting the app set up on your phone, allowing the system to be monitored anywhere in the world.

Handover
Colder Volts registers the batteries (if applicable) and provides customers with the documentation, including data sheets and warranty information.
